To be an athlete you need to be able to fuel your body. Eating healthy foods are a must. But finding something that tastes good, give you energy and is healthy is not always fun. I would rather make my own recipes and know what I am eating. Plus I can modify them to make it the way I like

Ingredients:
2 big handfuls of spinach or 1 big handful of kale and 1 big handful of spinach
16.9 oz of coconut water
1 carrot
1 banana
1/2 of an avocado
1 T flax seed
1 T chia seed
1 generous cup of mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
1 generous cup of pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

Directions:

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, mashed (you need a ripe one to give the muffin sweetness!)
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce (I like to use 1 cup)
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted) or walnut oil (use the oil to grease the muffin cups)
3 eggs (I like to use 2)
1 tsp. alcohol free vanilla
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon (more or less if you like)
1/4 tsp. nutmeg (more if you like)
1/4 tsp. salt

1/2 cup peanut butter
